• Directly from you when you submit a quote request, sign a service agreement, or contact us;
• Through our website contact forms and payment calculator;
• Through signed contracts and project documentation;
• Automatically through cookies and web analytics tools when you browse our website.

• Prepare, deliver, and execute renovation service agreements;
• Administer and enforce payment plan agreements, including collection of outstanding amounts;
• Communicate with you regarding your project, invoices, and account status;

• Comply with applicable laws, court orders, or regulatory requirements;

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Legal Counsel: Our lawyers and legal representatives in connection with contract enforcement, debt collection, Builders Lien proceedings, or litigation;
• Debt Collection Agencies: In the event of non-payment or Default on a payment plan agreement, including licensed collection agencies and debt purchasers;
• Courts and Regulatory Bodies: As required by law, court order, subpoena, or government authority, including in connection with BC Supreme Court or Provincial Court proceedings;
• BC Land Title Office: In connection with the filing, maintenance, or discharge of a Builders Lien against the Client's property;
• Credit Reporting Agencies: Equifax Canada and TransUnion Canada, in connection with unpaid debts, as permitted by applicable law;
• Skip Tracing Services: Licensed investigators engaged to locate Clients who have become unreachable while a debt remains outstanding;
• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business, subject to confidentiality obligations.

We will disclose your information to the extent necessary to enforce our legal rights and collect amounts owing to us. We do not require your consent to make disclosures required by law or necessary to enforce a contract.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Financial and contract records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with British Columbia and federal tax and business record-keeping requirements. Records related to disputes, defaults, or legal proceedings may be retained indefinitely until all matters are fully resolved.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
